Here’s whats happening in their neck of the woods:
- West Virginia: “Gov. Joe Manchin III was the guest of honor during Pickin’ In the Panhandle, the third annual West Virginia State Barbecue and Bluegrass Festival, where he praised its efforts to generate local tourism and awarded the day’s best grill master with the Governor’s Cup trophy.”
- Montana: Where Misunderstanding Social Media is a Way of Life
- Nevada: Chestnut dethroned as rib eating king in Nevada
- Oklahoma: Not actually in Oklahoma, whatever, but “Oklahoma!” is back by popular demand.
- Tennessee: ‘Two Legislators Shock Tennessee by Producing a Good Idea’
- South Carolina: Is There Something in the Water in South Carolina?
- Mississippi: ‘God spoke to him in the Mississippi Delta‘
- Hawaii: Fuzzy math — ‘Hawaii 5-0: 50 things counted out in fives I love about Hawaii’
- Alaska: ‘Take a ride on the beer train’
